• Companionship: Providing emotional support, engaging in conversation, and participating in activities to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
• Mobility Assistance: Helping clients move around safely, whether it's getting in and out of bed, walking, or transferring between chairs.
• Meal Preparation and Feeding: Preparing nutritious meals and offering assistance with feeding to ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
• Light Housekeeping: Assisting with basic household tasks such as tidying up, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Medication Reminders: Helping clients stay on track with their medication schedule and ensuring proper medication management.
• Monitoring Health and Safety: Observing any changes in the client’s condition, alerting family members or healthcare professionals as needed.
• Support for Specialized Conditions: Providing care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other chronic conditions, including managing behavior, promoting mental stimulation, and ensuring safety.
