Leanne Reynolds, the passionate Director and CEO of Coastal Comfort Caregivers, brings over 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry to the company. With a strong background in medical management, Leanne is deeply committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to every client. Her dedication to building trusting, respectful relationships with families is at the heart of Coastal Comfort Caregivers’ mission. 

Leanne believes in making healthcare simple, accessible, and tailored to the individual needs of each person. Her love for caring for both the elderly and those with disabilities drives her, and she finds immense fulfillment in improving the lives of those who need it most. 

Leanne’s firsthand understanding of the challenges families face has driven her to create an organization dedicated to providing compassionate home care solutions. They undergo rigorous training and state background checks, including fingerprinting, TB testing, CPR certification, and COVID vaccination, to ensure they are qualified and trustworthy to provide the care you need.

Registered Caregivers - All caregivers are certified, having completed training in home care and caregiving best practices. Registered through  the Home Care Aide Registry. CA Dept of Social Services.

CPR & First Aid Certified - Caregivers are CPR and First Aid certified to respond to emergencies promptly and effectively.

Finger Printing and Background Checks - All caregivers undergo thorough fingerprinting and background checks to ensure safety and trustworthiness.

Abuse Reporting Training - All caregivers undergo training for reporting suspected abuse. 

TB Testing - Caregivers are routinely tested for tuberculosis to ensure a healthy and safe environment for clients.

COVID-19 Vaccination - Caregivers are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, following the latest health and safety guidelines.

Ongoing Training - Caregivers participate in continuous education to stay up-to-date with the latest caregiving practices and standards.

State and Federal Compliance - Adherence to all state and federal regulations governing home care services.

Bonded - Agency is Dishonesty Bonded to provide an added layer of protection for both clients and caregivers.
